     Tamara Morton is a trauma-informed Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Registered Nurse focusing in men's mental health, relationship therapy, complex trauma, and emotional healing. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), polyvagal theory, and somatic practices, she helps individuals and couples improve communication, strengthen relationships, regulate emotions, and heal from anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma.


    With additional training in narcissistic abuse recovery, coercive control, gaslighting, and the Gottman Method for couples therapy, Tamara supports clients in rebuilding self-worth, creating healthy boundaries, restoring intimacy, and developing secure, fulfilling relationships. Her compassionate, client-centred approach integrates the latest trauma research with practical strategies to help individuals and couples cultivate resilience, reconnect with themselves and others, and create lasting emotional well-being.

    Many men struggle silently with concerns such as erectile dysfunction (ED), performance anxiety, burnout, stress, depression, low self-esteem, emotional disconnection, and identity. These experiences often affect far more than sexual health—they can influence confidence, communication, intimacy, and the quality of relationships.


    Using a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, I help men understand the emotional, psychological, and relational factors contributing to these challenges.
